Aliança is the result of the merge between “Step-one”, a start-up complete solution provider; and “Governabilidade” a Corporate Governance Adviser. Among the team and partners there are former senior managers of financial and non-financial companies in different lines of business with a complementary expertise such as Banking, Consulting, Industries and others. There are also partners who had a complete background in legal acting as lawyers, attorneys and counselors.
